I see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Oh, I've you missed you my bloggy friends.
It's been an entire week since my last post and I've really missed it.
I've become attached to this little blog and my new friends..
is that crazy or what?

So, hello.
What have you been up to?
Never mind, I'll just check out your blogs and see what's been going on in your lives..
and it looks like I've gotta a whole lotta catchin' up to do.

I've been super busy around here..
this week marks the end of a really big project that I've been working on..
and it just about nearly did me in.
But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. I'm allllmmmooosstt done!

{this picture gives me anxiety. this is pretty much how my entire craft room looks like right now.
wanna come over and clean it? I didn't think so}

My husband is glad because it means laundry will now be done on a normal basis and he'll
have some clean clothes to take to work
and hopefully some good home made meals will be made.
{But don't hold your breath on that last one}

My kids will be happy to have me back to my normal naggy self.. or maybe not.
I actually think they liked it when I was cooped up in the craft room... oh, sweet freedom {for them}.

This little girl is obsessed with the movie Rio {Disney}.
She can now salsa and samba like nobody's business.
And she's real good at it.
I'd like to think she takes after me  :)

But seriously, how many times can a person watch the same movie
in a day before they start going crazy?

she looks a little raggedy but I promise she's taken a bath.

My plants have missed me and have not been watered in one week.
They will soon be attending a rehabilitation facility if they don't get water pretty soon -
my plants get shipped to my moms house when they start looking a little wilted.
She fixes them right up.
We all love her, she's wonderful.

I missed my first What I Wore Wednesday post this week..
Oh, the shame of it all! :)

I was told by a friend that the more I run the easier it will become..and that after a while I'll be able to run
for longer periods.
And maybe even eventually like it.

She straight out lied to me.
I still don't like to run,
it has not gotten any easier
and I'm as slow as a turtle.

But I'm a much nicer person afterwards so I'll suck it up,
lace up my shoe laces,
and listen to my music.
I'll want to quit a thousand times but I make myself finish
because that feeling afterwards is the best.

Getting ready to start making new pillows for around the house.
While I'm at it, I think I'll just redecorate a bit and switch up my colors a bit around the house.
I'll just have to do it while husband is at work.
It's usually less stressful for everyone that way.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Welcome back! From the looks of it, you have been birthing many the "cloth baby"! You must be so proud in your accomplishment! :)

Very cute shoes you have there!

Hmmm??? Since you said 'really BIG project' & that looks like a camera strap...& one lil camera strap wouldn't be considered a big project unless you're me. I'm guessing you started an etsy store & you're gonna sell those babies!!!
Can't wait to find out!!!

LOVE the pillow fabric! Now that's one I might possibly manage! ;)

You girls are so sweet! Yes, they are camera straps.. but no etsy shop.. and no selling on web. Just gonna sell local for now :) Between kids, house, husband and life I think I have just about as much as I can handle :) You guys are the best

Hiii, not crazy at all! I'm attached to my bloggy friends too. Your project looks super exciting, can't wait to see. And I'm not a fan of Rio, but I could watch Tangled 20 times a day. I'm sure I'll grow out of it ;)
