10 And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord

and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work,

growing in the knowledge of God,

Collossians 1:10

This last week was a week of revelation, of patience and of trust.

I have sat on the phone with my sister so many times this week praying and talking

over issues that have been on our minds. Issues that involve our children, our spiritual walk and

trying to figure out what earthly path He wants us to take.

And one late night, when I could barely keep my eyes open any longer.. I read the scripture above.

And then I had that 'AHA'  moment. You know that moment.. when you just know you've been given the

missing piece of the puzzle.

Followed by that 'Thank you Lord' moment. The relief is so great you just want to cry right there and then.

He reminds me in a heart-whisper.. 'I am here. Don't forget about me. Make your

plans for the future but don't forget about ME.'

He reminds me of who the center of my life should be.

And I make my pledge, once again, to make it so.
