this and that.

{1}
 Hilarious.  I hope Rene and I are this spunky and cute when we are
old and wrinkly.

{2}
Playgroup friends playing together.
I don't know what it is about boys and trains. They just love 'em
and are so entertained by them.
and the girls like to join in sometimes too.

{3}
Birthday party at a kids party place.
Of course my kids were in heaven.. I last about 2 hours in these kind of places
before I start breaking down.
The headache starts to set in and my eyes start to cross over.

{4}
I had a meeting with a local little store to see if they wanted
to sell a handmade product that I make {sew}.
They said yes..
and they want it in 2 weeks.
Put together and packaged. Wowzers.
I've struggled with this decision for the last 2 weeks.
And prayed about it.
Do I even have the time to invest in this?
Is this a door that He is opening for me or is this
something born of my own selfish desire?
I don't know yet but I'm praying and trusting that He will guide me.

Halloween is coming up.. as if you can't tell from all the Halloween stuff already out on store shelves.
I know its still early to think about it
but if you know me you know that I am a last minute kind of girl.
And I hate it.
I'm the girl that has to be at bible study at 9:45am with a fruit dish for her group
and has just started peeling the fruit at 9:20am.
Of course, I could have started earlier but I somehow always end up losing track of time.
I need to take a time-management class.
Or maybe I just need to set a timer.

Anyhoo, I'm really going to try to think of some good costumes this
year and have them ready with plenty of time to spare.
The running around for costume ideas and accessories the day before Halloween
is just too stressful.

My bible study started up today.
It was perfect.. I love my group.
I love the study guide and I love
the readings we are working on.
I'm going to do my absolute best to keep up this year.
Ok, so I arrived 5 minutes late with my fruit salad
but I think I was able to sneak in
without anyone noticing.

Oh, this one is trying my patience.
She is strong willed and so determined.
Determined to be the boss and slowly break
down any opposition {me} so that she can get her way.

I have to remember:
 "Train up a child in the way he should go,
And when he is old he will not depart from it" ~ Proverbs 22:6

I think I need to tattoo it to my wrist :)

Have a wonderful week friends!
