And if you need a little encouragement today, 

I hope this speaks to you.

courage to face the next day,

courage to fight for what you know

is true, right,  pure and lovely,

courage to make a decision you know you must make,

courage to fight against the attacks to your spirit and faith,

courage to ask for help when you need it

and courage to receive the help when it's offered.
