It was hard working around food and not being able to eat it! Mine was with a lemonade drink that didn't taste good at all. Your smoothies look good though. But recently I haven'...I am a junk food junkie. But recently I haven't been buying the junk food and have been replacing in with good foods. Instead of raisin bran crunch sugar cereal I have a banana for breakfast, for a snack I have almonds, clementines or apple chips instead of chips/crackers/cookies, etc. So far so good and I'm enjoying the change of food. I wrote on...I loved this post - bloating and all!! I wrote on my blog today about fasting. My husband and I are starting a 21 day fast with our church on Sunday. We did it last year, and I can totally relate to how you are feeling. Honestly, the first week was hard, but in the middle, I felt great. The hard part for me was food variety...as in there wasn't any. I'm so picky. I'm going to try to be better about it this time around.
